Jimmy Renouf Trophy

'Life in all its fullness' (John, 10:10)

Jimmy Renouf was a pupil at Ambleside Primary School when he became ill with leukaemia and died just two years later in 1990, aged eight.

Jimmy was a very kind, courageous and cheerful little boy and a silver cup in his memory is awarded at School to someone who's especially kind, brave or unselfish actions have helped others.  In 2021, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the cup was awarded to every child in school for their kindness, empathy, support and love that they showed each other during such an unprecedented time.   The trophy is now held in the school hall as a tribute to all of the children in our wonderful school.
